Prior to completing his DMD at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, Dr. Powelson received his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada. He grew up on a cattle ranch there and enjoyed working cows and the land with his family. To help pay for his schooling, Dr. Powelson worked for a construction company during the summers for several years and it is here that he learned to have an eye for detail and precision.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Powelson enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, boating, water sports, and dirt-biking. He loves helping others and is an active member of his church. Dr. Powelson is excited to live here in Hudson and looks forward to meeting you and helping with your dental needs.
